Deposits: All parties must be booked in advance with a $25 deposit, due at the time of booking. Any additional upgrades will increase the deposit amount as they must be paid for in advance. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payments: We accept cash, VISA, Master Card, and Discover. No personal checks.
Birthday Party Rooms and Seating: Party rooms are reserved for 1 hour, traditionally the second hour of the party. Seating in party room is guaranteed for children attending the party only, adult seating in the party room is limited.
Outside Food & Drink: No outside food or drink may be brought into the facility (except a birthday cake, if you have reserved a party in one of our private party rooms with TreePaad.) Platters and additional non-menu items can be special ordered for adult guests with 1 week advanced notice. We try to accommodate special needs the best we can.
